Professional Management Assist

On February 14, 2019, Veronica Morales became the new Owner/CEO and Managing Agent

of Professional Management Assist, LLC (PMA, LLC).

PMA, LLC currently manages Four (4) Homeowner Associations (HOA), and Two (2) Property Associations (POA).

The PMA Team provides many services which include but are not limited to the daily administration to Association governing responsibilities, financial reporting, Board and homeownership meetings, community inspections, Zoom Hosting, and partake in additional resources to assist Homeowners and all business entities surrounding

HOA & POA Associations.

Ms. Morales’ experience include 12 years as an Assistant Manager, Independent Inspection Coordinator, 

and Zoom Meeting Host Coordinator to several Associations managed by Kyse & Associates, Inc.

Ms. Morales is also an 18-year active Licensed Realtor®, and a Member of the National Association of Realtors, 

the Texas Association of Realtors, and the San Antonio Board of Realtors. 

 

Her other professional background include 9 years working for the Texas Legislature, which involved Four (4) Legislative Sessions and Six (6) Special Sessions at the Texas State Capital and served as a San Antonio District office Chief of Staff during the Interim. Her work for the Texas Legislature further involved active participation in various outreach programs for City, County, State and Federal organizations. Her knowledge of various organizational protocol will serve as an asset to provide supporting affiliation to available resources and services for the Associations that she manages, and other professional inquiries.
